Painting with a big brush and lots of paint
JR Monks Ebay Auction Ending Soon!
Only a few hours left to bid on this one! If you have been to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs Colorado then you know this iconic piece of geologic wonder. I painted this 6x8" miniature after spending many hours working on larger pieces in the scorching summer sun.
As I prepared to leave the other artists I was with noticed the storm clouds coming in and packed up, I stayed and quickly captured the sun working its magic through the clouds and the spotlit iconic red orange rocks of the Garden of the Gods.
Bid soon before this one gets away!
