Horseshoe Park overlook Rocky Mountain National Park

A beautiful morning drive to the overlook provided me the opportunity to capture this scene. I shared a granite Boulder with a couple chipmunks, my dog was convinced the little critter had bad intentions so she kept watch on me as I painted. Later when I drove down into the meadow below I saw several elk and a cow moose.
